CTLA-4-medlated regulation of T cell responses: mechanisms and manipulation in infection immunotherapy
摘要
适应性免疫的T细胞必须谨慎调节以防止发生对自身成分不必要的应答。一个重要的外周调节作用是共刺激,包括CD28激活信号和CTLA-4抑制信号,它们与T细胞抗原受体(TCR)信号协同决定T细胞对抗原的应答结果。本文主要论述近年CTLA-4调节作用的细胞和分子机制的研究进展及其作为感染性疾病免疫治疗策略的应用研究。
