摘要 由于高效抗逆转录药物治疗(HAART)的出现,使许多艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的患者延长了生命,这无疑是HIV感染和艾滋病治疗史上一个重要的里程碑。但是HIV耐药性的出现,已经成为HAART失败最重要的原因之一。近些年,由于分子生物学技术的发展,人们已经能从分子和基因水平研究HIV耐药性的发生机制和检测方法。
