摘要
本文阐述了在计算机辅助设计(CAD)中所涉及的质量损失函数的基本原理.并以湖南某轴承厂生产的208单列向心球滚动轴承为例,应用该原理,定量地分析了该型号轴承装配质量所产生的质量损失.为其装配精度的质量控制提供了可循的理论依据.同时,提出了质量损失函数在其他领域可供应用的可能性.
The fundamental principle of the function of quality loss which is involved in the proccess of Computer Aided Design is expounded in this paper.By applying the principle and taking the No.208 centripetal ball-bearing made by a ball-bearing factory of Hunan as an example,the bearingquality loss caused by the assembly quality is analyzed quantitatively,and the theoretical basis forthe quality control of assembling tolerance is provided.Meanwhile,the possibilities in applyingthe function of quality loss to other fields are proposed.
