摘要
本文以YZR系列电机为对象,探讨了原木门式起重机起升机构电机容量的合理选择与配区问题.通过起升速度的优化设计,获得最佳起升速度值,并以此值作参数选择电机容量.同时,设计了起升机构电机容量的选择程序.为改善门式起重机的性能,合理匹配其起升机构的电机容量提供了依据.
In this paper,with the YZR motors series as the objects of study,the problems of rationalselection of the motor's capacity and the match of the motor's capacity with the lifting mechanisms have been studied.Through the optimum design of the lifting velocity,the optimum valueof the lifting velocity is obtained,and with this value as the parameter,the rational capacity ofmotor is determined.In addition,the selection procedures of the motor's c4pacity of the liftingmechanisms are designed.The result of the study provides scientific basis for matching rationallythe motor's capacity with the lifting mechanisms,and for improving the service performance ofthe log portal crane.
