摘要 目的了解ProPex根尖定位仪测定牙齿根管长度的准确性和灵敏性。方法随机选取83位患者108颗前牙或前磨牙,开髓、拔髓后用ProPex根尖定位仪测量根管长度,定位,拍摄X片后测量K锉尖距根尖的距离。结果前牙与前磨牙K锉尖距根尖距离无显著差异(P=0.9757),有活力牙与无活力牙之间存在显著差异(P=0.0005),不同年龄段组之间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论采用ProPex根尖定位仪测定根管长度准确性较高,K锉尖达根管长度时距根尖的距离均<0.5mm,基本不受牙位影响;牙髓活力和患者年龄对测量结果有一定影响,但该差异临床意义较小。 Objective To determine the accuracy and sensibility of measuring root canal length with ProPex locator clinically. Methods One hundred and eight anterior teeth or premolars from 83 patients were removed the pulps, determined the length of the root canals with ProPex locator, then measured the distance between the K-file tip and the radiographic apex on radiographs. Results There was no significant difference for the distance between anterior teeth and premolars (P=0.9757), but there was significant difference between vital teeth and necrotic teeth (P= 0.0005), and significant differences were found among various groups divided by age (P<0.01). Conclusion The accuracy of ProPex apical locator was high, the distance between the file tip and the radiographic apex were less than 0.5 mm regardless of tooth type. The distance altered when measured in the root canal with different pulp status or various age of the patients, but the differences had little clinical significance.
