Decision support system (DSS) used in power network dispatch is the key technical measure to raise the level of power network dispatch and management, and to realize the safe and economic dispatch. After introducing the principle and method of DSS, the application types, structures and functions of DSS in the application are presented. Then, the existing problem and application prospects are analyzed and predicted.
