柴油机低温起动助燃剂及其加注装置的研究

Study on Combustion Auxiliary Agent for Diesel EngineStarting at Low Temperature and Its Injector

本文对柴油机在低温条件下起动困难的原因进行了分析．对低温起动助燃剂的性能要求、基本组成和最佳配方，以及助燃剂的助燃机理等进行了探讨．并研制出了使用性能符合助燃要求，能实现柴油机低温冷车快速起动的助燃剂及其加注装置．经试用表明，该助燃剂及加注装置，能有效地提高柴油机的低温起动性能，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益．

In the paper,the causes of diesel engine starting difficulty at low temperature are analysed.The basic components,optimization dispensation formula, mechannism of auxiliary combustionand property of combustion auxiliary agent starting at low temperature are probed and expounded.The combustion auxiliary agent satisfying the design requirements and capable of realizingquick starting with static diesel engine at low temperature and its injector are success firly developed. The probation has proved that the combustion auxiliary agent can offectively improve theproberty of diesel engine in starting at low temperatureand has obvious economic and social benefit.
