竹席漂白新工艺及其反应机理的研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据竹席防霉漂白的特点,采用醋酸作为过氧化氢在碱性条件下进行漂白反应的稳定剂,可收到良好的漂白效果.通过正交试验得出最佳漂白条件.该工艺设备简单,成本低廉,经济效益显著.可用于竹席、竹筷、木筷和竹材旋切片等竹木制品的漂白防霉.在漂白机理的讨论中,提出了在漂白过程中竹席与漂白液之间存在pH值差异的构想. According to the characteristic of antimould and bleach of bamboo mats,acetic acid is uestas the stabilizing agent of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)that is employed to conduct the bleach reaction under the alkahnity condition.The bleacheffecliveness is satisfac.tory.The new technique ofoptimum condition design by means of orthogonal tests only needs simple-device equipment andits cost is lower but its economic benefit is remarkable.Therefore, the technique can be used inantimould and bleach of bamboo mats, bamboo chopsticks,wooden chopsticks, bamboo rotarycut chip and other bambooware or woodenware.With the discussion of bleach mechanism,a hypothesis is drawn out that there are differences of pH-value between bamboo mats and bleach solution in the process of bleach.
