This paper studies the experimental conditions and steps for the determination of micro-germanium with the phenylnuorne-extract-photometric method. The results indicate that by adopting the method,with the new experimental conditions and steps,the determination is high in sensitivity and accuracy,and easyto operate,and that with the new experimental conditions and steps the method is proved better when used to determine micro-germanium in plants and food
