摘要
师资状况、学生的自觉性、办学特点是影响高职学分制管理实施效果的主要因素。提高学分制管理效果的对策是:加强师资队伍建设,加大课程开设力度,充实导师队伍;构建科学合理的指导性教学计划,制定有高职特色的学分制方案;广泛开展实施学分制管理的师生动员工作,督促学生积极主动学习。
Teaching stuff, student consciousness and the education features are the main factorsinfluencing the effective implementation of the credit system in higher vocational colleges. Measures to improve the credit system are, teaching stuff construction, course development, sound tutoring system, instructive syllabus, and schemes effective for higher vocational education. Work related with the effective implementation of the credit system is to be done so that students are greatly encouraged andmotivated.
