随着我国全面建设小康社会工程的启动和社会结构的转型，加强对共同富裕理论的研究具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。这里我们首先阐明共同富裕思想提出的历史必然性，接着介绍如何正确理解其科学内涵，最后就如何贯彻实施共同富裕思想进行了重点分析。
