摘要
课堂以人为本,要求学生由外部刺激的被动反应者和知识的接受器转变为信息加工的主体和知识意义的主动建构者;教师则要由知识的传授者和灌输者转变为学生的主动建构意义的帮助者和促进者。课堂由“传递中心”转变为“对话中心”。评价学生的重心要由知识的本位向能力本位转移,建立人情性与激励性相融合的课堂教学机制,形成课堂内外融合的学生自主、探究、合作的学习格局。
Based on humanity,students are required to transform themselves from passive actors to outside incentives into subjects for information processing and active constructors for information; Teachers,on the other hand,transform themselves from instructors of knowledge into the students’ helpers and promoters.The classroom is changed from transmitting center into dialogue one.The key of evaluating students is transformed from knowledge into ability so as to build a teaching machanism combining humanity with stimulation and form a study structure in which students are independent, probing and cooperative
