摘要 研究了热水解预处理对剩余污泥性质的影响.结果表明,污泥热水解时经历溶解和水解2个过程.随着热水解温度的升高和热水解时间的延长,污泥固体的溶解率增大,在210℃、75min的热水解条件下,挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)和蛋白质的溶解率分别达到60.02%和47.21%.溶解后的有机物进一步水解生成低分子物质,其中挥发性有机酸(VFA)占溶解性COD(SCOD)的30%-40%,乙酸占VFA的50%以上.经过热水解预处理,污泥SCOD浓度大幅度升高,pH值下降,碱度增大. The influence of thermal hydrolysis pretreatment on surplus sludge characteristics was studied. Dissolving and hydrolyzing were the two processes of thermal hydrolysis. Dissolving rate of sludge solid (SS) increased with the increase of thermal hydrolysis temperature and the prolonging of thermal hydrolysis time. The dissolving rate of volatile suspended solids (VSS) and protein reached 60.02% and 47.21%, respectively, at 210℃ with 75min. After dissolving, the organic matter further hydrolyzed producing lower molecular substances, in which the volatile fat acids (VFAs) occupied 30%~40% of soluble COD (SCOD). Acetic acid occupied over 50% of VFA. After thermal hydrolysis treatment, the concentration of sludge SCOD enhanced dramatically, pH value dropped, and alkalinity increased.
