摘要
通过对这启连续发生的副溶血弧菌食物中毒的调查分析,我们认为要有效地控制类似食物中毒的发生,首先要严把卫生许可证发证关,食品加工场所要有合理的布局,防止发生交叉污染;同时要加强对从业人员的卫生知识培训,自觉遵守正确的食品加工程序,隔餐过夜食品必须重新彻底加热后方可供顾客食用;医院应加强对有关医务人员食物中毒处理中有关法律法规的培训,贯彻落实食物中毒报告制度。
Through the investigation and analysis of this haemolysis vibrio-induced food poisoning, we concluded that in order to prevent the recurrent of similar events, we should take the following measures: first, we should strictly control the hygiene license certification; second, we should plan and rearrange the food processing places in a more rational way to prevent cross contaminations; third, we should strengthen the training of employees'hygienic knowledge, persuade them to observe the correct food processing procedure consciously; fourth, we should train medical workers in hospitals with skills to deal with food poisoning and establish the food poisoning surveillance system through the implementation of related laws and regulations.
