新乡市32年食物中毒流行病学分析

摘要 对新乡市1973~2 0 0 4年食物中毒发生情况进行统计分析,共发生食物中毒4 34起,中毒14 895人,死亡10 2人;7~9月为发生高峰期;细菌性食物中毒高于化学性食物中毒和植物性食物中毒;中毒食品种类依次为肉类及其制品、植物油类、瓜果类及四季豆类;农村中毒起数高于城市,以居民家庭中毒多见。应采取相应的预防措施,以减少和控制食物中毒的发生。 The data of food poisoning in Xinxiang city during 1973~2004 were analyzed. There were 14 895 poisoned persons in 434 outbreaks which 102 persons were dead.The food poisoning occurred more during July to September. Bacterial food poisoning was more than chemical and botanical food poisoning,and suspected food was the decay meat,oil,vegetable and fruit polluted with pesticides. The outbreak rate of food poisoning in rural areas was higher than that of cities. Preventive measures for controlling food poisoning are proposed in this paper.
