浅谈建筑工地食堂卫生监督中存在的问题与对策

Discussion on the problems of food safety inspection in building sites and countermeasures

针对建筑工地食堂卫生的现状及存在的问题,作者从加强建筑工地食堂卫生执法监督工作的角度出发,就我区建筑工地食堂的特点及存在的问题进行了分析。结合实际工作,浅述目前对建筑工地食堂卫生执法监督的难点提出相应的对策,建议组织制定《建筑工地卫生管理基本要求》和《建筑工地食品(堂)卫生管理办法》。

Based on the current situation and existing problems of the dining room on the construction sites in changping district,the characteristics and existing food safety problems were analyzed in the view of strengthening hygiene law enforcement and supervision.lt proposed that 'The Basic Demands of Hygiene Management of the Construction Site' and 'The Regulation of Food Hygiene Management of the Construction Site' should be developed.
