摘要 酵母细胞壁是一种环保型绿色饲料添加剂,在水产养殖中应用十分广泛。本文论述了酵母细胞壁的组成成分、作用机理、功能特点及其在水产养殖中的应用情况,并对其应用前景作了分析。 Yeast cell wall,a kind of environmental protection feed additive,is widly applied in aquaculture.The constituents of yeast cell wall,functions,effect mechanisms,application and application prospect of yeast cell wall in aquaculture were summarized in this article.
