摘要 针对基于铁磁材料逆磁致伸缩效应应力检测方法的灵敏度和精度都比较低的问题,对利用非晶态合金材料良好的软磁特性进行间接应力检测的方法进行了试验研究。设计了专用的测量传感器以及测量系统,通过在被测材料表面粘贴TM—M型的Fe基非晶合金薄带,对一维和二维应力状态进行了标定试验。利用回归分析的方法,建立了磁测输出信号电压与应力的数学模型,并用该模型进行了实测试验。试验结果显示,这种间接应力磁测方法的灵敏度和准确性都比较高,具有推广使用的价值。 Aiming at the relatively low test sensitivity and accuracy of the stress measurement method based on the counter-magnetostriction effect of the ferromagnetic materials, some test researches about utilizing superior soft magnetic property of the amorphous alloys were presented to test indirectly stresses, and a special-purpose sensor and the measurement system were designed. By pasting a piece of the TM—M iron-base amorphous alloy thin slice on the material surface measured, demarcating test under one-dimensional and two\|dimensional stresses were made. The mathematical model among the magnitude of output signal voltage and measured stresses was found by adopting the method of the analysis of regression, and a practice stress measurement was made based on the mathematical model. The experiment shows that the stress measurement based on amorphous alloys has relatively high sensitivity and accuracy and value used widely.
