摘要
从液态奶变质过程中粘度特性的变化出发,提出了用阻尼系数作为液态奶质量检验标准的新观点;通过检测包装物内液态奶的振荡特性,分析阻尼系数变化,进行质量判断,从而实现了不开包无损检验;结合虚拟仪器的概念,在LabVIEW下开发了基于普通计算机的复合材料包装液态奶质量检测虚拟仪器,大量实验证明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度,测试结果与滴定酸度检验结果相吻合。
By studying the viscous characteristic of souring milk, a new method was put forward to judge the quality of UHT packed milk. By swing the package and measuring the oscillation of oscillate system, analyzing dampen coefficient change in the course of being sour. A virtual instrument software was developed based on the LabVIEW, which is used in quality test of UHT packed milk. The examine results have been proved by a lot of test, which resulted in titrimetry acidity method. Compared with conventional method, the nondestructive examination has a highly precision.
