Methods of the Energy-saving in Big-sized Fermentation Tanks^1

阐述了大型发酵罐的两种节能措施,一是在原系统中增设变频器,二是对搅拌器进行优化组合,实验表明节能效果明显,发酵罐电能节省为30%以上。

This paper introduces two methods of the energy-saving in big-sized fermentation tanks,one is adding inverter in original process,the other is the stirrers with their optimum combination.The experimental result shows that the energy-saving is obvious and up to 30% in above way.
