锑对蠕铁组织和性能的影响

Effects of Antimony on Structure and Properties of Vermiculate Cast Iron

摘要 试验研究了元素锑对蠕铁石墨形态、基体组织及性能的影响。结果表明,锑使球墨变得更加圆整,球径更小,同时细化蠕虫状石墨,增加蠕墨数量,强烈促进基体珠光体化,提高基体硬度;适量锑提高抗拉强度,降低蠕铁断面敏感性。 Effects of antimony on graphite morphology, matrix and propertie s were studied by experiment . The results show that antimony makes gradular gra phite particles rounder and smaller, vermiculate graphite more and finer, pealit e more,hardness higher. Antimony also increases tensile strength but decreases c ross section sensitivity of vermiculate cast iron.
