摘要
采用化学分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法,对钢丝绳断裂原因进行分析,结果表明,强烈摩擦和严重磨损是造成钢丝绳断裂的主要原因,并提出了预防措施。
The fracture reason of steelwire-line was analyzed by the metho ds of chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination and hardness tes ting.The results show that strong rub and grievous abrasion are the main reasons for the fracture of steelwire-line and the preventional methods are proposed.
