准立方体α-Fe_2O_3纳米粒子溶胶的制备与水解机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 以FeCl3·6H2O为反应前驱物,制备了α-Fe2O3溶胶。利用XRD、AFM、UV-Vis和FT-IR对薄膜的结构、形貌和谱学性质进行了分析。采用分时取样的方法,跟踪测试溶胶的XRD、AFM、UV-Vis和FT-IR,对粒子的形成过程进行了研究,提出了氧化铁在水解过程中先形成β-FeOOH,然后再转化为单分散准立方体形α-Fe2O3纳米粒子的机理。 The α-Fe_2O_3 sol was prepared from the precursor of FeCl_3·6H_2O.The structure, morphology, and spectroscopy of the film were characterized by XRD, AFM, UV-Vis and FT-IR, respectively. The formation process of the pseudo-cubic particles was investigated by measuring the XRD, AFM, UV-Vis and FT-IR of the sols obtained at different reaction times. The results indicated that α-Fe_2O_3particles formed from the intermediate complex β-FeOOH.
