摘要
对4%嘧肽霉素水剂进行了毒性试验和防效测定。结果表明:4%嘧肽霉素水剂的大鼠急性经口毒性半致死剂量LD50>4640mg/kg,急性经皮毒性LD50>2150mg/kg,对皮肤和眼均无刺激性,属于低毒生物农药。该药剂对植物病毒病有较好的防治效果,在第三次施药后10天观察,各施用浓度对番茄、辣椒和烟草的病毒病的防效为60%~80%,显著高于对照药剂病毒A和植病灵。
The toxicity of 4% Cytosintetidemycin was tested with Wistar mice. Results showed that: Cytosintetidemycin was a low toxic antibiotics, the lethal dose of Cytosintetidemycin was about 4640mg/kg when administered orally and less than 2150 mg/kg by intradermal test; and there was no stimulus to the skin and eyes of mice. The control effect of Cytosintetidemycin on tomato,pepper and tobacco virus disease showed that: Cytosintetidemycin at dilution of 200, 250, 300 could control virus diseases efficiently. The efficiency of Cytosintetidemycin for controlling pepper, tomato, tobacco in spot field reached 60%~80% and was superior to Zhibingling and Bingdu-A.
