助剂对Pt/ZSM-8催化剂的结构和酸性能的影响

摘要 将ZSM-8沸石经离子交换、挤条成型、浸渍、焙烧等一系列处理后制成Pt/ZSM-8催化剂,并通过程序升温脱附(TPD)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)等表征方法研究了助剂对Pt/ZSM-8催化剂的影响。XRD结果表明,ZSM-8沸石经助剂改性后主体结构没有发生较大的变化,助剂均匀分布在载体上;催化剂的活性与催化剂的酸性中心有很大的关系,NH3-TPD谱表明,催化剂有强、弱两种酸性中心,IR谱上出现了B酸中心(1546cm-1)和L酸中心(1454cm-1)的特征吸收谱峰,说明催化剂上同时存在B酸中心和L酸中心,助剂的加入对于催化剂的酸量、酸强度、酸性等都有较大的影响。 Effects of the addition of aids to Pt/HZSM-8 catalysts were investigated using temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) techniques. The XRD results show that for the crystal structure of Pt/HZSM-8 catalysts with the addition of aids was not changed much. The TPD shows that there were strong acidity center and the weak acidity center in the Pt/HZSM-8. The IR indicates that 1546cm -1and 1454cm -1 absorptions were B acidic center and L acidic center in the Pt/HZSM-8, respectively.
