具有可见光活性的纳米掺氮TiO_2制备和表征 被引量:24

Preparation and characterization of nitrogen-doped TiO_2 nano-powder absorbing visible light

摘要 用硫酸钛与氨水反应得到TiO2前体,煅烧后制得掺氮TiO2粉体,研究不同反应条件和不同温度下掺氮TiO2的吸光特性和形态结构,结果表明掺氮TiO2在400℃下加热1h,所得粉体是锐钛矿相结构,粒径约15nm,与未掺杂TiO2相比,吸收边红移22nm,对400-510nm的可见光有一定的吸收率,可见光下对甲基橙的降解表明具有可见光活性。 TiO2 precursor was prepared by Ti(SO4)2 solution reacting with 28% NH3 aqueous solution. Nitrogen-doped TiO2 was obtained by calcinating the preciusor in different conditions. Its optical absorption property and morphological structure were studied. The results show the sample calcinated at 400°C for 1 h is anatase and the average particle size is about 15 nm. Its optical absorption edge shifts 22 nm toward the infrared and it also absorbs visible light from 400 nm to 510 nm compared with undoped TiO2. The decomposition of methyl orange solution under visible light reveals nitrogen-doped TiO2 has visible light activity.
