宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切开术20例

Uterine septus resection by hysteroscopy in 20 cases

目的:评价宫腔镜治疗子宫纵隔的效果。方法:回顾分析子宫纵隔20例行宫腔镜子宫纵隔切开术的临床资料。结果:20例子宫纵隔患者中15例为不完全性纵隔子宫,5例为完全性纵隔子宫。20例均一次性完成手术,无1例发生并发症,术中行腹腔镜监护,经24个月随访,术后18例妊娠,10例已获足月活胎,足月活产率50%。结论:宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切开术是一种安全、有效、简单、可靠的手术方法。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hysteroscopy in treating uterine septus.Methods:Twenty patients with uterine septus were performed resection under hysteroscopy and analyzed retrospectively. Results:In the 20 patients,5 were complete uterine septus and 15 were incomplete.All patients were operated once without complication.Followed up for 24 months,18 patients were pregnant,Of whom 10 got term delivery and the Live birth rate was 50%. Conclusions:Uterine septus resection with hysteroscopy is a safe,effect,simple and reliable method.
