摘要
针对富氢气体中CO的净化问题,采用固定床反应装置,对不同Cu含量的CuO/CeO2催化剂的催化性能进行了研究,对不同进氧量(λ=2po2/pco)以及原料气是否含有水蒸气情况下催化剂的催化活性和反应选择性进行了考察.结果表明,Cu摩尔分数10%~20%的CuO/CeO2催化剂在富氢气体中CO的选择性催化氧化反应中表现出较好的催化活性,其中Cu摩尔分数10%的CuO/CeO2催化剂在λ为3、温度为140℃时,催化剂的催化活性和反应选择性最佳,CO转化率达99.9%,CO出口体积分数为1.4×10-5;当原料气中含有体积分数9%的水蒸气时,CO的转化率和富氢气体中CO转化为CO2的选择性均有不同程度的下降.
For the sake of removing CO from hydrogen-rich gas, activities of CuO/CeO2 catalysts with different Cu mole fraction (0-100%) were studied in a fixed bed reactor. Properties of catalyst were investigated with different O2 containing feeds (λ=2pO2/pCO) and with or without 9% volume fraction of steam in feed gas. CuO/CeO2 catalyst with 10%-20% mole fraction of Cu showed high activity in selective oxidation of CO in hydrogen-rich gas. Optimal process conditions were: Cu mole fraction 10%, λ=3 and reaction temperature 140°C. Under these conditions, CO conversion reached 99.9% and outlet CO volume fraction was 1.4×10-5. In presence of 9% volume fraction of steam, the catalyst was somewhat deactivated.
