摘要
在机械搅拌高压釜中,测定了433.15~533.15K、0.110~0.960 MPa之间甲醇和水蒸气在液体石蜡中的溶解度和体积传质系数.实验结果表明,甲醇和水蒸气的溶解度均随压力的升高而增加,随温度的升高而减小,溶解度与压力的关系曲线为通过原点的直线,符合亨利定律.回归了甲醇和水蒸气的亨利系数与温度的关联式,甲醇和水蒸气的溶解度的计算值与实验值的相对误差小于6.00%.甲醇和水蒸气的体积传质系数随温度和压力的升高而增加.
Equilibrium solubilities and volume mass transfer coefficients of methanol and steam in liquid paraffin were measured at 433.15-533.15 K and 0.110-0.960 MPa in agitated autoclave. Equilibrium solubilities of methanol and steam increased with increasing pressure and decreased with increasing temperature. Relationship of equilibrium solubility with pressure was linear and the line crossed the origin, so the equilibrium solubility of methanol and steam accorded with Henry law. Relationships of Henry coefficient of methanol and steam with temperature were correlated. Relative error between calculated data and experimental data of equilibrium solubility of methanol and steam was less than 6.00%. Volume mass transfer coefficients of methanol and steam increased with increasing of pressure and temperature.
