摘要
依据牺牲阳极与A3钢偶合后的电极动力学,电偶电流Ig的时间积分电量值为牺牲阳极实际发出电流量,电偶电流Ig的时间积分电量值与铜库仑计效率存在一定的关系,通过测试铸造铝合金牺牲阳极和A3钢在3%NaCl溶液中偶合后的电偶电流Ig,表明用电偶电流快速评价铸态铝合金牺牲阳极性能可行,可以用来筛选牺牲阳极配方.
According to dynamics of coupled sacrificial anode with carbon steel,the integral of galvanic current vs.time approximately equal to actual current capacity of sacrificial anode.Galvanic current of cast aluminum alloy sacrificial anode coupled with carbon steel are tested,as-cast surface,in 3%NaCl solution,ambient temperature.Evaluation of the performance of sacrificial anode of as-cast surface rapidly using galvanic current is feasible, that can be used to get the best sacrificial anode among a series anodes of same group according to orthogonal design,the test period can be 20 minutes.
