护理本科生实习期间角色适应问题的探讨

Exploration of role adaptation in nursing undergraduates' internship

护理专业本科生的临床实习是学校教育的延伸和深化,是理论联系实践提高临床综合能力的重要学习阶段,在这阶段中,能否迅速完成由学生向护士角色的转变,直接关系和影响到实习教学目标的实现。事实上实习生临床角色的适应与转变受到诸多内部因素和外部因素的影响。为了进一步完善实习管理,提高实习教学质量,帮助实习生加快角色的适应与转变,通过对我校护理专业实习教学基地的21所医院和242名(99,00,01年级)实习生的调研,收集和分析了近两年来各实习教学医院带教老师与学生召开座谈会的资料,归纳出影响实习生角色转变的主要因素,并进行了有益的探讨。

The clinical practice of nursing undergraduates is not only an education extension and deepening on campus, but also is an important period through which to enhance clinic comprehensive ability by integrating theory with practice. During this period, how to shift the role from student to nurse rapidly is the key to achieve the objective of clinical practice. An investigation into 21 teaching hospitals and 242 nursing interns is delivered in the form of symposium. This fruitful information gives explanation of correlative factors which influence interns' role shifting and conversion. Finally, a further exploration is given.
