摘要
１９８４年１１月～１９９０年１２月外科手术治疗２０１例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损。其中并存畸形３８例占１８．９％，中度肺动脉高压２５例占１２．４％，重度肺动脉高压２６例占１２．９％；手术死亡７例，死亡率３．５％。对其诊断、手术治疗方法及术后残余分流及杂音产生的可能原因进行了讨论。
cases with congenital ventricular septal defects were repaired from Novem-ber of 1984 to December of 1990.Among them,there were 38 cases(18.9%)associated with other cardiac malformation and 51 cases(27%)having moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension.7 cases died after operation.The operative motality was 3.5%.The diagno-sis,method of surgical treatment,the cause of residual systolic murmur and residual shunt are discussed.
