摘要
建立了单氰胺中三聚氰胺的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为日本岛津L-column ODS反相柱,流动相为水-氨水-高氯酸缓冲液,检测波长为215nm。平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为0.32%。该方法简单、快速、重现性好。
A new HPLC method for the determination of melamine in cyanamide was established.The L-column is Shim-pack VP-ODS producted by Shimadzu corporation in Japan.The mixture of water-ammonia-perchloric acid was used as mobile phase.The detection was made at the wavelength of 215nm 。The average recoveries of biuret was 98. 96 % ,The RSD was 0. 32 % 。That method is easy,speedily,reappeaing quality is good 。
