摘要
对４５０例各种肛门病手术患者，采用清热解毒、消肿止痛、行气活血之中药内服、外洗，预防肛门病术后感染，结果术后４３９例愈合良好，发生感染者仅１１例。提示中药预防和治疗肛门病术后感染疗效可靠、副作用少。
Chinese herbs which clearing away heat and detoxicating ,relieving swelling and pain and promoting flow of qi and blood circulation,have been used to prevent against and treat postoperative infection in 450 cases. Using this measurement, there were 11 cases complicated with infection,It indicates that preventing and treating the postoperative in-fection by Chinese herbs has advanced effects and rare side- effects.
