摘要
采用全氟化离子聚合物Nation117薄膜作衬底,应用超声波静电自组装技术制备了Nafion117/MMT复合膜,并在超声波作用下,通过溶胶一凝胶法制备了Nafion117/TiO2复合膜.利用红外光谱对复合膜的结构进行了表征,利用扫描电镜对复合膜的微观形貌进行研究.研究结果表明:蒙脱土粒子和二氧化钛粒子已经组装在:Nation117膜表面;Nation117/MMT复合膜表面蒙脱土粒子尺寸较大且分散不均匀;二氧化钛粒子可以均匀地分布在Nafion117/TiO2复合膜表面,且粒子尺寸较均匀.
composite membrane based on perfluorosulfonic acid membranes (Nafion117 membrane) by self - assembly was investigated. Nafion117/MMT composite membrane has been prepared by self- assembly, and Na-fionl17/TiO2 composite membrane by sol - gel in ultrasonator. FTTR was used to characterize the composition of composite membrane, and the structure and morphology of the composite membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . FTIR results showed that the particle of montmorillonite and titanium dioxide have already been assembled on the surface of Nafion membrane respectively. The particle size of montmorillonite is larger than that of titanium dioxide. The dispersion degree of the montmorillonite on the surface of composite membrane is uneven while titanium dioxide in a well dispersion.
