摘要
针对频繁的语音交互是交互式语音应答业务推广的最大障碍问题,在分析了音频信息检索技术与IVR业务特点的基础上,提出了将音频信息检索技术应用于IVR业务的策略和方式,不仅能有效简化语音交互过程,还能提供新的业务类型.实验结果表明,本文提出的分段式音频检索算法具有对查询输入数据的长度要求低、检素速度快、检索性能高等优点,适用于IVR中从音乐到音乐的检索.
Frequent voice interactive procedure is the main barrier of Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Based the analyses of audio information retrieval ( AIR) technology and the IVR, application strategy for AIR in IVR is proposed, which can not only simplify the interactive procedure and provide new service for IVR. Experimental results show that segmentation-based audio information retrieval method has the advantages of small query input length, high retrieval speed, high retrieval performance and is proper for IVR to retrieve music information from music audio query.
