连续监测法测定乙醇脱氢酶及其对肝脏疾病的诊断意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨用改良方法测定乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)诊断肝脏疾病的意义.方法用生化自动分析仪、酶速率法测定各类肝损坏患者的血清ADH变化.结果用空白吸光度A:340nm<0.5,精密度(正常水平4.2U/L)CV: 4.68%,线形0~100U/L,对临床各类肝病176例作测定,其中急性病毒性肝炎阳性率100%,一氧化碳中毒性肝坏死阳性率100%.ADH与肝细胞损坏之间有高度的相关性.结论改良后的酶速率法检测ADH临床试验效果理想. Objective To study the specific index for the diagnosis of liver disease with improved method of determining alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH).Methods Measuring the change of serum ADH in patients with various liver damage by biochemical automatic analyzer and enzyme rate assay.Results 176 patients with various liver disease were determined by using blank absorbance A:340nm<0.5, precision (normal level x 4.2U/L) CV:4.68%, line 0-100U/L. Among them, positive rate of acute viral hepatitis was 100%, and liver necrosis due to carbon monoxide poisoning 100%. There was a high correlation between ADH and liver cells damage.Conclusion Improved enzyme rate assay has a satisfactory effect on clinical application.
