摘要 前列腺癌是男性最常见的真皮外恶性肿瘤。一种新近确认的前列腺癌的特异性分子标记物α-甲酰-辅酶A-消旋酶(AMACR,又称P504S)应用于临床,促进了前列腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断。现对该分子标记物的研究现状作一综述。
