无水酒精局部注射治疗肝转移癌（附21例病例分析）

METASTATIC CANCER OF LIVER TREATED BY ABSOLUTE ETHANOL INJECTION(REPORT OF 21 CASES)

Ｂ超引导下对肝转移癌经皮、经肝穿刺，局部注射无水酒精（９９．５％）２１例，其中转移灶共５７个。经无水酒精注射，癌灶消失者占２１．１％，缩小＞１／２者２９．８％，缩小＜１／２者２６．３％。合计７７．２％的癌灶均有不同程度缩小。使用本疗法的同时不用放疗、化疗等其他抗癌疗法，同时服中药补气养血，有提高疗效、减少复发、扩散的作用。

This paper reported21 cases with metastatic cancer of liver(primary cancer:16 cases of colon cancer,2 cases of stomach cancer,1 case of laryngeal cancer,2 cases of lung cancer)intraliver metastatic cancer treated by 99.5%absolute ethanol ultrasonically guided percultaneous injection. 21 cases with 57 metastatic foci were percutaneous injected with ethanol.Tumor foci>1/2 in size vanished 21.1%,reduced 29.8%<1/2 in size,rediced 26.3%,the tumor foci reduced 77.2%in various size 77.2%. It seems better than HCC. We used ethanol therapy without radiotherapy and chemotherapy,etc.We used Yi qi Yangxue(Strengthen vital energy and noruish blood ) to approve appetide and to elevate anti-disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group.The role of TCM is used to anti-disease without side effects and is worthy to study.
