活体单细胞移植术对红细胞免疫功能的影响

ERRECT OF TRANSPLANTATION F ALIVE SINGLE CELL SUSPENSION ON IMMUNE FUNCTIONS OF RED BLOOD CELL

用红细胞酵母补体花环试验观察活体单细胞移植对癌症患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果：①癌症患者的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（７．４６±４．４２）比正常者（１４．４５±３．３１）显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；癌症患者红细胞免疫复合物花环率（１１．４３±４．００）较正常者（５．６７－２．１１）显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；②经用活体单细胞移植后，癌症患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率回升到１５．５８±７．８６。表明活体单细胞移植可以提高患者红细胞的免疫功能。

Effect of transplantation of alive single cell suspension on immune functions of red blood cell in patients with malignant tumor investigated by using the RBC-yeast com-plement rosette test.The results are as follows:①The rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor in patients(7.46±4.42)was much lower than that in normals(14.45 ± 3. 31,P<0.01).While the rosette rate of RBC-IC in patients(11.43±4.00)was much higher than that in normals(5.67±2.11,P<0.01).②The rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor and the rosette rate of RBC- IC in patients with cancer returned to normal levels,15.58±7.86 and 7.38±3.80,respectively after treatment of transplantation of alive single cell suspension. It is suggested that transplantation of alive single cell suspension might promote the im-mune functions of red blood cell of the patients with malignanct tumors.
