摘要
在金属离子存在的情况下,在水相体系中使用过氧化氢引发合成膦基聚马来酸。在温度104℃、反应时间3 h、催化剂加量200 mg/L、单体初始质量分数50%、单体中引发剂加量85 g/mol的条件下合成的含磷聚马来酸的相对分子质量超过800、相对密度为1.20、pH为2.3。磷被有效地转化为有机膦,转化率大于96.6%。产品兼有阻垢、缓蚀两种功能。
In the presence of metal ions,phosphorous-hydro-poly-maleic anhydride was synthesized using hydrogen peroxide as initiator in water system.When the temperature is 104 ℃,reaction time is 3 h,the catalyst dosage is 200 mg/L,the initial mass concentration of the monomer is 50% and the initiator dosage is 85 g/mol in the monomer,the relative molecular weight,relative density and pH of the synthesized polymer is over 800,1.20 and 2.3 respectively.Phosphorus is effectively converted into organic phosphorus with more than 96.6% of conversion.The product has both two functions of scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition.
