摘要
为了提高淀粉基阻燃剂的稳定性和阻燃效果,以淀粉、多聚磷酸、三聚氰胺等为原料合成了淀粉磷酸酯蜜胺盐.研究结果表明:在120℃下,当PPA用量为淀粉的60%,反应时间为6h时,可以得到高产率的淀粉磷酸酯,其结合磷最高可达到4.2%.
Starch has been used as char source in the intumscent flame retardant. Melarnine salt of starch phosphate(SPM) was synthesized with starch, polyphosphoric acid(PPA) and melarnine(MEL)to improve the stability and effect of retardant based on starch. Results showed that starch phosphate(SPC)has been synthesized under 120 ℃, m_ PPA/m_ ST=60% and the reaction time was about 6 h, the most w_P was about 4.2%.
