安氏化痔液治疗各期内痔混合痔（附2727例病例分析）

THE TREATMENT OF INTERNAL AND MIXED HEMORROIDS BY AN’S HUAZHI LIQUID (AN ANALYSIS OF 2727 CASES)

用中药提纯制成的“安氏化痔液”既不是硬化剂，亦不是坏死剂，而是一种新型的萎缩剂。它具有抑菌消炎、活血化瘀、收敛固涩之效。通过我科及全国各地１１家医院采用安氏疗法治疗各期内痔、混合痔共计２５２７例病例，总治愈率为９７．３５％，并对采用硬化剂治疗的２００例比较，证实安氏疗法具有疗程短、方法简单、安全可靠，避免了感染、坏死、大出血、肛门直肠狭窄等并发症和后遗症。该药无毒副作用，注射方法也有所创新。

An’s Huazhi Liquid refined from Chinese herbs is not a sclerosing and necroti sing agent,but is a new kind of atrophy promoting agent.It has the actions of bacteriosta-sis,antiinflammation,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and astric-tion.Through the analysis of 2527 cases which have been treated in our department and other hospitals using An’s Huazhi Liquid, the effective rate was 97.35%. Comparing with the group of 200 cases treated by sclerosing agent,it is proved that An’s Huazhi Liquid has its advantages of short treating course,simple injection method and safty,without any side effects,complications and sequelae,like infection,necrosis,massive bleeding and anorectal stenosis. It has been proved that it has no toxic and side effect and is injected by a new method.
