脑梗塞所致舞蹈症及手足徐动症（附6例病例分析）

CHOREA AND ATHETOSIS CAUSED BY CEREBRAL INFARCTION (REORT OF CASES 6)

６例脑梗塞所致的舞蹈症及手足徐动症。该症在脑血管病的急性期或恢复期发生，以偏侧舞蹈相对多见，病因多为高血压、脑小动脉硬化。除对侧Ｌｕｙｓ体外，对侧基底节、丘脑等部位的损害也可引起本症。急性期起病的部分病例经治疗原发病，本症可不治自愈。另有一些病例应用常规氟哌啶醇剂量的半量即可有效控制，预后良好。

cases with chorea and athetosis caused by cerebral infarction are reported.The movement disorders mainly occurred in the acute and recovering stages of the cerebrovas-cular diseases. Hypertension is the main cause. The lesion of contralateral basal ganglionand thalamus can also cause these movment disorders besides Luys body. Some cases canbe cured without medicine after treatment of the cerebral infarction and some cases can becured with half routine dosage of haloperidol.The prognosis is generally good.
