摘要
利用定性排序与定量转化的方法给指标赋予合理的权重系数，然后采用秩和比法对中日友好医院１９８５～１９９２年的医院工作质量进行了综合评价，其结果与实际情况相符。此方法计算简便，结果符合实际，易于推广应用。
The weights of the indicators which can show quality of clinical practice were calculated by qualitative sorting and qualitative transformation.The weighted indicators were applied to assess the quality of clinical practice for 1985～1992 of China-Japan Friendship Hospital.The consequence was concordant with the actaual situation,This method is of easy operation,agreeable to the reality and applicable.
