摘要
目的:观察乌头直流电离子导入对关节炎大鼠痛阈的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠45只,随机分为空白对照组(n=15),致炎模型组(n=15)和乌头直流电离子导入治疗组(n=15)。制作大鼠佐剂性关节炎,测量乌头直流电离子导入前后佐剂性关节炎大鼠踝周径,以热板反应潜伏期为指标观察大鼠实验后1d,3d,5d,7d,10d的痛阈变化以及乌头直流电离子导入治疗后佐剂性关节炎大鼠治疗局部皮肤的组织学变化。结果:①模型组大鼠各时间点热板反应潜伏期均较空白组明显缩短;治疗组大鼠各时间点反应潜伏期均较模型组延长。②模型组大鼠各时间点踝关节周径均较空白组明显增大;乌头导入治疗1d,3d踝关节周径较模型组无明显变化,5d,7d,10d踝关节周径较模型组减小。结论:乌头直流电离子导入可明显提高佐剂性关节炎大鼠痛阈,治疗局部可见真皮层内毛细血管扩张。
Objective:To observe the effects of the iontophoresis of aconitine on the pain threshold of the rat adjuvant arthritis.Method:Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups i.e. normal control group, model group and therapy group, 15 rats each. The model of adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats were induced by the injection of complete Freuds adjuvant(0.1ml) in the right ankle joint of rat. The changes of pain threshold within three groups were measured with hotplate latency(HPL), and the content of the swelling joints were measured using the circum ference of the ankle joint. The derma of the normal and treated rats were harvested and observed under microscope.Result:Hyperalgesia was observed in the model rats which persisted at least 10 days. And at the same time, the pain threshold of the therapy group was improved significantly after treatment. After 5 days′ treatment, the epidermis tissue of the derma thickened, the sheath cells of the follicula increased, the excreting cells of the sebaceous glands were manifolded. And after 5 more day′s of treatment, the pathological changes of the derma became more notable. Conclusion: Iontophoresis of aconitine will greatly lighten the hyperalgesia of the AA rats.
