摘要
高校是知识产权生产的重要基地,然而也是知识产权流失的重灾区。本文首先对高校知识产权的内涵和发展现状进行论述,最后在此基础上对就如何加强知识产权管理进行了有益探索。
Universities are important producing base of intellectual properties, but the running of intellectual properties is also very serious. The paper expounds the connotation and development present situation of intellectual properties in first, on the base ,put forwards some beneficial suggests on how to strengthen the management of intellectual properties.
