摘要 陈述了彼得·德鲁克生平简介和管理研究成就,然后分别基于不同模型,如卡特尔人格因素评定模型,框架式管理结构创新模型对德鲁克创新能力实施前提及其思想特色进行了深入研究。在研究中,坚持“前提”与“特色”一体化的论证思路,坚持理论与事例相结合的论证方法,客观地论证了彼得·德鲁克创新能力实施的可能性和必然性。最后针对创新能力的形成与实现机理为企业提出一些可行性指导与设想。 This paper is briefly introducing Peter Drucker and his achievement in the management research field at first, then respectively based on different models, such as Cartell′s personality factor evaluation model, the framed managerial structural innovative model, it carried on further research on Peter Drucker′s innovative ability implementation prerequisite and thought characteristic. Under study for action, adhering to integrated demonstration train of thoughts between “prerequisite” and “characteristic”, insisting on demonstration method that theory combines with examples, it has objectively proved the possibility and certainty that Peter Drucker′s innovative ability is implemented. Finally, based on the forming and realizing mechanism of innovative ability, it proposes some feasible guidances and imaginations for enterprises to carry on.
