摘要
通过分析医学科技人才的特点和人文科学与管理科学知识在医学科技人才知识结构中的地位与作用,提出了“用其所长”“因人设岗”“因岗选人”等以人为本的岗位育人观和“科研育人”“政策引导”的人才培养观。
Based on the analyses of the characteristics of qualified medical personnel and the roles of social science and managerial science in the knowledge structure of qualified medical personnel, we put forward opinions such as “making full use of their advantages”, “planning of personnel according to the requirements of the posts”, “training qualified medical personnel by scientific research”, and “guiding by preferable policies” on the training of qualified medical personnel.
