摘要
在分析后勤社会化概念的基础上,提出分离后勤资源是实现后勤社会化的基础,创新后勤运行机制是实现后勤社会化的关键。最后以组建后勤产业集团为例说明了实现后勤社会化的途径。
Based on the analysis of concept of logistics socialization,this paper puts forward that separate of Logistics assets is the fundation of logistics socialization,and innovation in run mechanism is the key to logistics socialization.Finally,taken setting up logistic industry group as an example,this paper illuminates the route of logistics socialization.
